All our agents have now been instructed to scan ALL letters from women that are to be sent to our male clients. This is proof that the letters women are sending you through our service are REAL replies to your letters. We are also scanning YOUR letters to women as prove of what we send the ladies. You will be able to see that we don't alter any contents of your letters and include all your contact information that you include in your letters.
Many of our competitors offer free first letters, guaranteed replies, unlimited email correspondence for a small monthly fee, free translations and so on. But what is happening on many of these sites is that your correspondence is being manufactured by unscrupulous agents. The biggest scam operating in this business at the present time is letter/mail/email forwarding services. It is clear that many web sites are generating false letters written by staff writers and NOT the women you are writing to. This is a very lucrative service for these sites and it's in their interest to keep you writing and receiving replies. Yet how do you know the letters are really from the women you wrote to? Another common practice is not to pass your contact details to women and vice versa. Our mail forwarding service offers you the ability to write to women online via any lady's page. All you do is click on the send me a letter button and follow the easy instructions. A tip worth making note of is to write your letter in a blank document or an email and save it on your computer. Then go to the lady's page who you want to write to and after you have logged in, open up your saved letter and copy it into the letter composing box on the lady's page. It takes seconds to do. Because our letters page is a secure page, it will time out depending on your Internet connection after a few minutes. So you could end up writing a long letter online and click on send, only for the page to time out and you have to start over again! Once you are happy with your letter and submit it, it then goes by email to the ladies AGENT. They will then print out your letter in it's entirety and pass it on to the lady.
You have the option to pay for the letters to be translated which we recommend highly. If you don't and the lady is not to level 4 or 5 English she will need to use a dictionary to read your letter. You can choose to send the letter by registered or standard post, to send photo's in black and white or colour using the .jpg format up to 100k in size. You can also agree to pay for the ladies reply and to have it translated. If you don't and the lady is not to level 4 or 5 English her reply will be sent to you in Russian! This is recommended as ladies are more likely to reply to you and it speeds up your correspondence. The lady will be told that you are willing to pay for her reply. If you don't agree to pay for the ladies reply she will be instructed to post it to you.
With your letters the ladies receive instructions on how to send letters back to you using this service. As you write your letter the total cost is displayed and you are able to go back and edit or make corrections before you finish and send the letter. This service is the fastest way to contact ladies other than email. As very few women have access to email this is a proven method of receiving and starting correspondence quickly.
If she does not wish to correspond with you she can reply to your letter informing you of her decision and you will not be charged for this.

1: When you send your letter it is automatically routed to one of our agents who represent all the ladies in our agency.
2. Our agent then prints your letter and photo (if you included one) and places it in an envelope and sends the letter to it's final destination by regular postal mail.
3. After the woman receives your letter she can send you an email letter as a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home address by regular postal mail.
4. With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter in as little as 5 days (if she replies quickly). Regular postal mail will take a minimum of 30-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer.

The total cost of our Standard service to you is ˆ5 for a letter up to two pages in length, and each additional page is ˆ2, or you can use our Registered service for ˆ1 more and your letter will be mailed by registered mail or collected by the ladies themselves. This is one of the best ways of sending mail quickly that we know of. The U.S. postal service for example has International Express mail but the cost is ˆ18 to most countries and it takes 3-5 days. Mail from European countries will take about 10 days.
6. Send photographs in .jpg format only. We do ask that you keep the file size below 100kb. To print them in Black and White costs ˆ2 each. To print them in colour costs ˆ4 each with each email letter that you send. Please keep the file names small as we have found long file names sometimes causes problems.
9. If you would like a letter translated from Russian to English, or English to Russian, we can do so for a cost of ˆ10.00 per typed page with a one page minimum (650 words per page ), additional words are 2 cents each. Most services are charging 5 cents per word which is more than ˆ35 for an average one page letter! The reason we are able to do it cheaper is because your letter is sent to Russia where the actual translation takes place. To be able to offer you these low rates we must receive your letter by email.
