Russian Brides Group Tours
East meet West cannot recommend meeting women through the various 'group tour' services that are offered on competitors sites. Why?
First let me explain what a group tour is. These types of tours consist of a group of men, usually about 20 in one party, of varying ages and backgrounds travelling off together to one of the major cities in Russia or Ukraine to meet potential brides.
These guys have paid anything from ^4000 upwards to meet 1000's of women in one location who apparently want to become Russian brides. The guys meet these women usually in a rented banqueting room in the hotel they are staying. These tours guarantee that there will be 20+ women to every man! There is and usually a lot more. All the ladies will be numbered. These women are then paraded in front of the men. Beginning to get the idea? These guys start checking out the ladies and writing numbers down of ladies that interest them. Once they have a list they pass it on to the tour representatives who then arrange for the 'chosen ones' to be introduced to the men.
Personally I think it's quite distasteful. The whole process stinks. I have spoken to dozens of women who have tried these tours and they all come up with the description. It's humiliating and degrading. They've described it to me as being a cattle market. Many women travel huge distances with promises of meeting 100's of decent men from the West with a view of finding a husband and fulfilling a dream about becoming a Russian bride. Nothing is further from the truth. The very beautiful brides get selected. Any that are not catwalk models are told, thanks for coming, you need not come tomorrow. I've even heard stories that women who are not beautiful enough are refused entry! The 'lucky' ones then meet the guys, get invited to rooms upstairs or dates are arranged for the following day.
Now here's another warning and one of the main reasons not to go. Russia has a high number of prostitutes working the big cities like Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Odessa and so on. And where do these women work? In the hotels! You guys reading this who have been to Russian and stayed in a top hotel know what it's like. Your phone rings all night with women offering you their company at a price! So when these tours come into town with rich groups of western guys, do these ladies move out for a week. Of course not! In fact the opposite happens and all the prostitutes from all over the city descend to the hotel where all the action is!
Not only have I heard from the decent women who will never again go to a group tour event I've also heard from the decent guys who were duped into the promises sold to them by unscrupulous companies offering the chance to meet decent women who truly wanted to marry and be your Russian bride. Many men who have been on these group tours have told me that these tours were full of professional working women and scammers just looking for a free meal, some drinks and the chance to make some dollars from some poor unsuspecting guy.
Having said that there are plenty of guys who know full well what these tours are about. If you have plenty of money and want to have the chance of meeting 1000's of working girls all in one location then maybe one of these sex tours is for you.
Those of you who want to meet decent, genuine potential brides and prefer to keep away from the scammers, takers and prostitutes, then you should choose to travel independently or take a personal tour.
