Important information for Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL users
Not getting replies to your email to me? Wondering what happened to replies
from ladies? Do you think I'm ignoring you?
Well, I'm not! Many free email accounts come with anti spam software that should block any spam being sent to you. Unfortunately these email accounts have a habit of blocking genuine emails. Recently many of you, mainly Yahoo users, have been writing to me to complain that you are not receiving letters, confirmation of orders or answers from me to your email.
Please note that I answer ALL emails sent to me within 48 working hours. This usually includes Saturdays. If I have not answered your email I have either not received it or I've been hit by a bus! If you have a Yahoo account you will notice that you have a 'bulk folder', this is where Yahoo sends what it believes to be spam. It works fairly well but you may find that my replies to you are in your bulk folder! If so, open my message and click on the option that says 'not spam'. Next time I email you you'll get it in your inbox rather than your bulk folder.
I think Hotmail and AOL have something similar. Please, please check this before sending me your irate emails. I am answering your emails. If you are using anti-spam software please make sure my email address 'office@eastmeetwest.com' is added to your friends/accepted source. Also many anti spam software deletes attachments it feels are unsecure. So that's why you are not receiving scanned letters and images with your replies from ladies you are writing to.
I will only reply twice. I don't have time to email guys daily because they can't set up their email software to accept my emails. Alternatively email me using an email address which is not a free email provider like Yahoo or Hotmail.
