Women With Email
A lot of men ask me if the women they are writing to have email. Also a number of you ask the same question to the women in your letters. You can see if a woman has her own personal email address as this will be listed on her page next to the field 'contact details available'. It will always state postal address as this is what your ^10 order includes. If the lady has a phone, fax or personal email address it will also be listed here and will be included with your order for free.

Whereas Svetlana pi3461 does not have a phone or email address and thus only her postal address is available.
A warning about personal email addresses and phone numbers for the women. Most women who have email usually obtain it at the library or Internet cafe. Some are lucky enough to have it at work but are not meant to use work email for dating foreign men! It's very rare to find they have a computer at home. Only women from the major cities like Moscow, St Petersburg and Kiev who earn good wages can afford a computer at home. Many women from smaller provincial cities can't afford phones let alone a computer and Internet access!
Those ladies who use Internet cafes to send and receive email forget passwords or don't bother to go back to check their mail regularly and free accounts at Yahoo and Hotmail get closed if not used or become full. Internet cafe costs are very expensive for Russian women running at about a ^1 an hour. If the woman does not speak English she will need to pay someone in the cafe/library to translate for her and this will cost extra. The average monthly wage in Russia is between ^50 - ^75. My fiancee was being paid ^25 a month as a teacher.
If you wish to email women directly and privately who do not speak at least English level 4, then expect her to ask you for money to pay for her Internet costs. She will not be able to afford to email you on a regular basis. Of course you now run the risk of being scammed. Please don't email me complaining about women asking for money for internet costs. I've explained above why it is expensive for the women and I'm on the ladies side where email costs are concerned. They should not have to pay to write to men. Serious, decent men will not expect women to foot the bill to email each other. If you do, expect the woman to move on to a guy who will pay.
The ones that have a phone have to use a telephone network that has been neglected for 30 years. Apartment blocks with 20 residents may share 5 phone lines. When 5 people are using their phones the other 15 get a dead line! I was employed in the Telecom sector in the UK for 10 years and I liken their phone network to something similar we had in the early 1970's.
