APARTMENTS
Apartments in Odessa cost €125 per day as part of our tour package. Below you can view some photo's of the high quality apartments we have available for tour clients to Odessa. All apartments are located in the very centre of the city (you cannot find anything that would be CLOSER to the centre!! We have 4 apartments on one floor, where our clients share the corridor and laundry room. The apartments are all located in a building complex where my agent has her office. So you won't have far to go to meet the ladies as meetings are arranged at my agents office!
Location: 2nd floor of the 5 storey building on Deribasovskaya street, around the corner from the famous Opera house and across the street from the well known place for those men who have already visited Odessa in the past: The Irish Pub! Address: Deribasovskaya, #12.
Security system: Audio/Video security system on the main door and audio security system in each apartment. Clients can talk to a person ringing the door on the special phone in his apartment to find out the details about the visitor. Then if there are still doubts clients can see this person on the TV screen near the front iron door.
A short description of all apartments: All 4 apartments are newly renovated and professionally designed in different themes, (Rancho, Egyptian, Marine and African styles). Each one is unique! Rancho, Nefertiti and African include a shower, Marine one (Yacht "Gulfsteam") includes a good-sized bathtub.
Services: We provide FULL hotel services at all apartments: daily cleaning, laundry and ironing of your clothes per client's request, fresh bed clothes and towels every 4 days. If you would like to have fresh bed-sheets/towels daily, please, add €7.00 to the regular price.
Telephone : There are separate telephone lines at each apartment. We include short distance calls into the price, but long distance calls have to be paid additionally. We don't cut the "Long distance" calls opportunity as all other owners do. We are attempting to provide the highest qualitaty service and count on the honesty and sincerity of our clients in this regard. Please, let us know if you used long distance call services at the end of your visit!
Internet connection: For those of you who bring your laptop and who use Windows we'll help you to connect to the Internet so that you may have it in your apartment. Otherwise you may use the Internet cafe. The nearest Internet cafe is a block away.

Egyptian theme: Disposed on the 2d floor of the 5-storey building with entrance from the arch. 470 sq.feet. Ceiling height - 12"6', Windows height - 8".
Contents: Completely furnished one bedroom apartment of the studio Egyptian style, includes bathroom with a shower, large closet. Cold/hot water for 24 hours a day, new exclusive furniture, air conditioner, modern TV (around 50 channels including CNN, BBC and a few other English, German, etc. channels), Video player, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, gas oven, washing and drying machines, very clean, safe, an excellent location. Full hotel service including laundry/ironing for you, daily apartment cleaning, any other kind of the assistance.

GENERAL INFORMATION To get started knowing Odessa we would recommend you to get acquainted with the cultural and architectural heritage of the city which combines incompatible things. A few generations of the marvelous humourist writers who were born and grew up in Odessa during the last century, and the inhabitants of Odessa possessing the brilliant sense of humour gave Odessa the right to be called "the capital of humour". The houses in the downtown area were built in different architectural styles, starting with Renaissance and ending with Art Noveau. Keep in mind that strolling along the streets of Odessa you will see the girls and women who are considered to be the most beautiful in the world! Odessa has been exporting writers, artists, musicians and chess players to other cities and countries for a long time. Somehow they produce not so many physicians and mathematicians here though the father of Soviet cosmonautics, Korolyov, was an Odessite. They even say that the relatives of Charlie Chaplin and Steven Spielberg and the granny of Sylvester Stallone lived there! Nobody understands why Odessa keeps on giving so many celebrities to the world but it is an indisputable fact! Aren't you still curious to see this city with your own eyes?
It will be useful for you if you have some interest in religion (because you will be able to see one of the monasteries of Odessa which has an interesting history). If you take interest in military stuff you will have a unique chance to see the part of defense memorial with your own eyes. It was a complicated underground control- in fact, it was a little underground town!- with thoroughly camouflaged external guns. Without this memorial it would be very difficult for Odessa to survive during the war in 1941. Both of these places are worth seeing and you won't be sorry about spending your time on a trip there.
